This bus company can be an alternative/option for Positano, Praiano and Nocello. They operate small buses, with most seats being stand-only.

I’ll be doing the Path of the Gods trail starting in Bomerano (Agerola) towards Nocelle in April. Can we consider taking the bus down to Positano? Are there any stops near the place where the trail finishes in Nocelle?

Yes, you can take the Mobility Amalfi Coast Bus not far from where you enter Nocelle from the path. Just look for their sign posts signaling the stops.
Although I would suggest continuing on foot after a short break/lunch in Nocelle if you feel like it. The walk down to Positano involves a lot of steps, that’s for sure, but it also offers some of the most breathtaking views of Positano that make the effort well worth it.
